Provided by YP.comI have been going their a lot and am usually satisfied with them. Took it in for tiers, alignment and balance. It needed brakes and two new rotors in back. Picked it up took it home rear left brake locked up charged another $266.63 for a caliper the sales rep said by the smell you can tell that is it not even taken off. I was disappointed in them this time I hope they fix this problem I like the place and would like to continue using them. The other times have been great except for this time.

Provided by YP.comscheduled appointment online, received a text saying that the service department would contact me about my appointment and never got that phone call so I missed the appointment. then when a called to check on my appointment the lady said that they don't call you so I had to reschedule the appointment. all though they send a text saying they would contact you. WoW bad for business if it wasn't a recall that needed to be done I would not be dealing with them.

From my first email contact to the receptionist staying on the phone with me when I got lost to my kind and patient salesman Charles waiting for me to arrive and coming out to the car to get me with an umbrella to the financing. I felt blessed.

Provided by YPmobileIf you actually need your car within a certain amount of time don't bother going here. I took my car to get rock chips on the hood painted & bumper painted. It sat there for 2 weeks. When I picked it up there were runs in the paint, debris within paint & the chips were still there. Apparently I wanted to spend $800 to repaint my grey hood the same grey & not get anything else fixed since the estimator didnt put it on estimate. And its my fault for taking his word vs knowing how to read an estimate. Manager offered to redo as if they messed up in communication & told me it would be done by next day. 4 weeks later it is still sitting there. And apparently they allow their employees to call customers up and harass and cruse them out bc they are "passionate" about their job.
However the lady in the bodyshop & some guys in the back are awesome & should find a better job.
If I were you I'd travel somewhere else! But yes sanders ford I appreciate you fixing your mistake for free.

Provided by YP.comTERRIBLE!!! never had one problem with my truck until i took it there to be "serviced" broke down less than 48 hrs after sanders ford touched it, they pretended to fix it and then it broke down again, pretended to fix it again and it broke down again, then they expected me to take it back to them AGAIN and i refused and they wouldnt pay to get it fixed by another dealership!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE>> the only good thing is the shuttle driver, he is a very nice person and should not be involved with Sanders Ford.
