Hands down the best office in town, they truly care about you as a person and not a number. I get all my primary and urgent care needs met at this clinic. The staff are well knowledgeable and are super sweet and their wait time is very little. Great medical care. You guys rock

Great medical clinic and the staff are wonderful. They truly care about you and your family. I will be telling everyone i know about this clinic.

They are wonderful. I brought my mother there to be seen due to her being sick for a few weeks. My mother is older and sometimes needs people to talk with her not at her. This office went above the call of duty. They seemed to treat my mom and myself like a part of there family . I have never in my life felt safer with my moms care than I did this visit. Thank you staff of Star Medical Clinic for all you have done for me and my mom and we will be back.

I don't even know where to begin, there's so many great things about Star Medical and its staff. Everyone that I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and they actually listened to me. They care about their patients and their needs, especially Amber I believe is her name. She was very patient with me when it became difficult to explain what I was there for, and she understood me. I've already recommended this place to a few friends, and I will continue to recommend this place thanks to the wonderful care I received!

The office & medical staff is incredibly friendly, fast, and efficient! I saw the PA, Frank Lovato. I would recommend him & this place to anyone!! He does not make you feel rushed. He actually listens to your problems. People like him are very hard to find around here. I've had some very bad experiences at other urgent cares in Jacksonville. I was actually happy to see a new one had opened Here with the crazy wait times at Onslow Memorial. (Tonight there were 24 people ahead of me!) The best thing is tonight I was in & out. Every issue I had was solved. I feel Frank truly cares about his patients, and I will start to see him regularly for Primary Care in this office from now on! This office is new and very clean. & Open 6 days a week! I give them 5 stars!
