We baught a Kia sorento here june of 2007 used. The car was great, the salesman was nice before we baught the car then when we tried to get the second key he treated us like crap. Didnt return phone calls, avoided us when we showed up at the dealership. Now I am EASing from the Marine Corps and wanted to sell the car. The person that wanted it called Stevenson to get the car checked out come to find out there were two recalls and one was from before we baught the vehicle, they didnt tell us about. Then trying to screw me over told the person it would need a timing belt and complete fluid change costing thousands of dollars, and they havent even seen the vehicle. Then they gave her a quote for one of their cars. I took the Kia to them to fix the recalls and pulled their punk card when the mechanic tried telling me a screw can come loose from the throtle and pucture the catalitic converter. When I told him that was imposible and descrobed to him how an engine works, he didnt know what to say. Little did they know I Worked on cars for 4 years before joining the Marines. Moral of the story is dont buy from them or get your car serviced by them.
