I wish you could do a review without even 1 star, but I'm just waiting to see just how much of my refund they're going to issue me after being insulted by one of their staff before my REAL review. Customer service is everything & lets just say...we have all been taught that you can't trust politicians or lawyers. So I will just leave it as that until further notice . Be blessed all. Do your research before "retaining" ����

Worst customer service. As an active duty service member I urge other active duty service members to please look to other firms throughout the area. Was treated less then when simply trying to obtain information on a speeding ticket. Would hate for you to endure the lack of respect I received today.
