Town Center (New river appartments) Are the worst place any honest family can live. They have drug users as tenats and will not evict them. I have seen people peeing on others property, rolling joints, running from the cops, shooting at the cops, sexually harrassing my wife and trying to start fights with me. TCA did nothing. They would not fix our fire causing stove for over 3 weeks wich ment we couldnt eat much, our air didnt work for 3 weeks or longer through the summer months and they complain about our german shepard while we have seen people walking un-fixed pit bulls, and they do nothing about them. Town center is now evicting us because we couldnt keep up with all the dog poop but have not evicted the people who have a couch and dresser outside of theire appt. If you can help it then do not live here.
