I got my hair done there today and I left looking worse than when I walked in. The stylist was rude and kept leaving me in the chair to go and talk to other stylists. I am afraid to see how this cut is going to look when it grows out. When I went to the front counter to pay, I stupidly tipped the girl $5. The girl who was ringing me up had the audacity to ask me if I was sure that was all I wanted to leave for a tip. Apparently, she didn't look at my hair. I should not have tipped a thing and should not have paid for the service either. I should be compensated for the TWO HOURS it took her to ruin my hair today.
