Had a very negative experience with this company. The owner does a good job selling himself as an expert however, does not deliver what's promised to fix a pool cover problem after two attempts. Each with separate bills. $1400 later the problem still exist. All I got is excuses and blame game.
Very Poor customer service from owner and staff. Do not expect them to address your questions or concerns in a reasonable time frame, or even returning your call in a timely fashion.
very disappointed in the quality of work, customer service and personal conduct.
If I could give this company a zero stars, I would.
There are many other companies that do a much better Job.

P.S. I also found out that this company is NOT BBB certified.

We had the same negative experience as the other 2 reviews.
In ground pool completed Nov. 2014, still waiting for plaster problem to be addressed by owner. Will not return phone calls or emails. Non existent customer service. Poor quality workmanship.

I had the same experience has the other reviewer very poor quality work and non existent costumer service.
