BAD BATCH WOOD PELLETS

I PURCHASE PELLETS LAST YEAR DURING THE PRESEASON SALE THRU A STORY AN PAID UP FRONT .

HAD TO WAIT UNIT JANUARY TO RECEIVE THE LAST PALLET OF PELLETS I USED ONE TON LAST YEAR AN FOUND THAT THE AUGAR OF STOVE WOOD CLOG ALL THE TIME , SO I THOUGH I NEEDED A NEW MOTOR OR AUGAR FOR STOVE SO I WAIT TO THIS YEAR AN USED 2 BAGS OUT 45 BAGS AN FOUND THE SAME PROBLEM SO I CALLED THE STOVE MANUFACTURE AN THEY SAID THAT THE PELLETS WHERE TO LONG 1 1/4 TO 2&quot; LONG THEY SHOULD BE 3/4&quot; LONG MOST STOVES WILL NOT WORK WITH OVER SIZED PELLETS .

SO I BOUGHT NEW TYPE OF PELLETS THIS YEAR AN THEY ARE 3/4&quot; OR SMALLER AN HAD NO PROBLEMS ,I WOULD OF SPENT FOR AN NEW AUGAR MOTOR AN AUGAR AN INSTALL OVER $500 TO HAVE STOVE FIXED AN IT WOULD OF STILL WOULD HAVE CLOGGED
