They are lier and very unprofessional. I had to wait 2 hrs at airport for pickup shuttle. The guy said he will be at terminal in 10 mins, I called 10+ times and every time he said same thing, 7 mins away and finally I booked Uber after 2 hrs of wait and pickup shuttle came as soon as I booked Uber (Pickup shuttle came after 2 hrs and Uber came in 2 mins) and I had to pay Uber for cancellation. Be careful such scams. Who will pay my 2 hrs of wastage and Uber charges?

I left my car in this allegedly "secured" parking lot during the period of 11/16/2019 - 11/23/2019, during which time I was on vacation with my family. A month later I received Two speeding camera notices with a picture of the car, taken on 11/18/2019 at two different times, both at about 1 mile away from the lot where my car was supposed to be safely parked. After finally reaching the place, I was given a phone number of the owner, who did not respond to multiple voicemails and text messages.
If you value the safety of your car, DO NOT leave it at this shady excuse of a parking lot.

I believe all the “great/excellent” reviews are fake. Worse long term parking I’ve ever used. It’s not signed as airport parking which is confusing. The place is signed for church parking and a soul food take out (hence the vans smell like takeout). You have to get out your car and look for an attendant as no one is outside ready to receive you. The van was too small for our party and another party. We had to drive with one heavy suitcase on our lap and the other suitcase was wedged over the gear shift. We had to load/unload our own suitcases from the trunk on the return trip. The driver used his (no-handsfree) cellphone while driving and was nasty to others calling to be picked up. It’s NOT the place pictured in the ads. It’s dirty and the attendants are rude with no sense of urgency in getting you to or from the airport. There were several staff people there when we returned and no other customers but we had to wait awhile for someone to move the cars to get our car out. Don’t go here because it’s cheap. Find a better place.

Not good service at all I signed and agreement to be dropped off and pick up they dropped me off and never picked me up after several attempts calling them and getting the VM I had to spend extra money to take a cab to them and top of that they didn't even have the common courtesy to refund my cab wont be using this service the price is cheap for parking but as they say you get what you pay for ill just spend the extra money next time
