Start off by saying it gets one star bc YP makes you rate them. That star represents NEGATIVE ZERO! Do not waste your money! I purchased with them going against all the bad reviews I have read about them. Its all true. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND POLICY! They will be nice while you are purchasing. My hair was RUFF like BRILLO. It was soft and my guess is once the curler iron hit it that was it! You are better off buying Virgin Indian Remy out the pack. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! When you call to get an understanding why the hair has BRILLO like feeling on the first day and you get attitude, that's a problem! My hair felt like BRILLO the first day after getting my hair curled and styled by a beautician. MY beautician lightly put perfect for perms in my hair. BEWARE!!!

I've been using Barbie's Hair for over 23 years and this is some of the best custom hair I've ever used. I've had clients who had to use the hair again because of finances and the hair perform greatly. I've also brought hair from other places and could not find the quality I find with Barbie's.
