I recently had some tailings done by Cosmos happy with the work thanks guys for going the extra mile!

Horrible customer service... I called Kevin numerous times I paid extra money to have it galvanized but he didn't galvanized it and now it's all rusty so be careful when you do business with Kevin

Had my fence and railings done my cosmos and I am very happy with their work! I highly recommend Cosmos and Kevin the owner is a Great guy!!
It was all worth it! Will use them in the future.!

Been working with Cosmos since 2008. They installed a PVC fence around my house and my neighbors house and also installed handrails for the front stoop. Kevin has always been responsive, professional and courteous to me and my family. The pricing is very fair and great workmanship. I had to make a repair to my fence after the microburst in 2010 and Cosmos was there quickly and did a great job. Just this winter, my gate was damaged from the snow and plowing and Kevin simply had me drop off the gate and a few days later it was repaired, at NO COST to me. Clearly Cosmos Fence understands the value of long term relationships and in making customers feel happy and looked after. I highly recommend them. Kevin and his crew were awesome - they were done in just a little over a day and a half with amazing results, including clean up! On a personal note Kevin is really pleasant to chat with and all around a great guy. The crew were all also friendly and polite, truly a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much!!

Apparently, Cosmo's Fence will start projects but never finish them. I contracted them in March of 2011 to install railings and an awning. Our project with Cosmo's was delayed for a few months due to other work from a contractor that put us on the back burner. Cosmo's finally installed our fence in September after weeks of follow-up calls on my part. They came and drilled the holes for the fitting then disappeared for weeks blaming that the rust coating company takes time. Once the railing were rust coated they came to install. They put down no protective blankets and caused rust stains on the brand new bluestone we had installed. On top of that they did not put the shoes on the bottom of the railings. Apparently, this should have been requested however in the design pictures they were on there. I was told by Kevin that he would be back soon to fix it because he had another job with a fellow neighbor. Well that came and went. Then his next excuse was that he had a few other jobs lined up in Middle Village and he would swing by then to complete. October passed, November passed, December passed, January passed...still no shoes. In the mean time, another neighbor on my block contracted him. Now why is it that Kevin was unable to install the shoes when he drilled the holes at their fitting. Why is it that he was unable to install the shoes today, 2/14/12, when he installed their railings...which by the way has shoes. Why is it that i lived up to my end of the contract...PAYMENT...and he has not delivered SERVICE. It is completely unprofessional and I would NOT recommend them to anyone unless you want to wait a year to have a job completed. I am trying my best to be optimistic about the situation.

Unreliable, Never again, gave deposit on 7/8/11 was told in two week I will be contacted. Two weeks no one contacted me. I called Cosmos informing them I have a function scheduled in my yard for 8/6/11 I needed fence to be installed prior to 8/6. I was informed fence will put on 8/1 and 8/2. No one showed on 8/1 and 8/2 no phone call as to why appointment was not kept. Called cosmos again on 8/3 was told someone will come on Thursday. Appointment was kept for Thursday however, fence is half way done. It is Friday 8/5/11 NO FENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cosmos Fence in S Ozone Park, Queens would try to deliver custom railing (ordered Apr 24) by Mother's Day May 9 (latest), and it is Jun 3, a month later. We have not been successful in getting anyone to return phone call with delivery date. Stranger still, the railings have been ready for 3 and 1/2 weeks ????
