My greatest passion is to bring healing to people who have been through painful traumatic experiences. I help my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe. I'm committed to helping children, adults, and families learn how to let go of control, and at the same time, accept and value who they are. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping individuals reach their goals. I specialize in Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Psychotherapy, and Eastern Orthodox Psychotherapy.
