I shop here all the time for my electronics never once had any problems...
The sales men are always so helpful & willing to try & work with you at all times!!!

This is by far the worst company I have every had to do business with.. when I got home my item was broken and they refused to exchange it or even give me a receipt. I am disappointed that ny deparetment of consumer affairs allows the business to remain open when so many crooks running it

These people are criminals. I bought speaker stands from this company. They charged me $60. When I arrived at my house I opened the box and both stands where broken. The receipt claimed an exchange within 7 days with the merchandise in its original box. A few days later I returned with the receipt, and original box and packaging. I was requesting an exchange for stands which where in operating condition. The manager begun harassing and threatening me telling me to come outside telling me he knows where I live. Threatening me with vulgar language. This place shouldn't be operating in NYC as a business. I will be reporting this to NYC consumer affairs, with the better business bureau as well as on ripoffreport.com. Beware of these criminal thugs worst service ever!

I purchased a Pioneer DDJ-SZ with ProX Flight Case, they gave me a good deal, I shop from them for my dj gigs for last 5 years and I really enjoy their communication. Few months a go I had a problem with one of the speakers and they exchanged it with no question ask! Service is Great. I will go show again!
