New car service company so decided to give a try, called twice. 1st time it was 40 min late because the person who took the order mis-spelled the street address which I spell 3 times to her. 2nd time was today, I was told waiting time is 15 min and the guys shown up 27 min later. OK. It is fine. But the worst thing is, the guy which using his phone GPS systems got lost! For my place to the destination is about 15 mins running via highway, somehow he got off in the middle of the highway and ended up somewhere far away from the destination. He didn’t know where he was and so did I. Finally I have to direct him back to the highway. I was 45 min late. Also, he is not a licensed driver because car service driver should display his license in the car which he didn’t. So it is not a very well established car service co and I will only use it as backup!
