Horrible service

This particular location seems to always run out of food, way before closing. The cashiers have attitudes, and the manager Jackson is the worst! After waiting over 15 minutes for my food, they gave me a hard time when I requested white meat over dark meat, and had then when I tried to pay with a Visa gift card, they told me that they don't accept Visa Giftcards. What kind of facility doesn't accept Visa? I know you shouldn't expect 4 star service at a fast food chain, but the service I received was an outright disgrace!
