Do not go to the facility located on Merrick Blvd. in Jamaica New York. The staff member is extremely rude and they do not see you on time even if you have an appointment. The first time we waited 45 minutes. I thought this was an exception to the rule. Unfortunately, this has proved not to be true. On September 16th we had a 9:45am appointment. Unfortunately we were not seen until 11:45am. This will be the last time we go to this location.
