I had a really bad experience Saturday. I hadn't been here for 4 yrs and i was excited to get my hair braided again. My appointment was at 10am but the two women who were there were doing someone else's hair. I was told someone else would be coming. So i wait patiently talking to the owner. But time kept going by. After an hour I really wanted to leave but I didn't want to disappoint Safi, I enjoyed seeing her. When the female who was supposed to do my hair arrived, it was noon. 2 hours I waited!!!! I was very disappointed and angry. I was prepared to give a $20 tip. But since i had to wait 2 hours I paid $140 as was quoted and no tip. Bad behavior doesn't deserve an award. Had she apologized to me when she got there instead of saying come sit, I would've gave her the tip.
