I sent a package via international priority mail on June 25th and it’s been 40 days. It says it was last seen in Jamaica NY international distribution center on June 27th. No customer service knows where the package is. It was a gift for my sister and there was a lot of time and effort put in into picking out things that would suit only her. I don’t understand how USPS is just fine with not even trying to investigate into this matter. I don’t care if it is insured. Those clothes and other gifts were significant. She is been waiting for over a month now, I want this package to be delivered to me then, so I use a different shipment company for as long as I have exact the same items that were in that package! Someone over the phone said it probably was damaged or lost.. are you kidding me? It was in a wrapped box, every single thing was damaged? Or out of all packages that go through USPS, mine was lost, since she also said that such matters never happen!

My package was sent on June 13th, 2018. It appears it is stuck in Jamaica, NY international distribution center since June 20th, 2018. I send packages all the time and usually I'm able to track it to the final destination (even tho they say you can't track once is outside USA). Someone must have shoved my package who knows where and forgot about it. I paid $59.50 for 3lbs 4oz!!! I'm hoping someone is able to locate and process my item. So annoyed and very disappointed. It shouldn't take this long for sure. UNREAL!!!!

April 28 ,2018 I sent an important document to Vietnam( deed to a property) I was told at the local post office 3-5 days guarantee, cost almost $70 .. people in Vietnam has a contract written up for the 10 of April.. every day that the document is late , we have to pay an penalty ( so far cost us thousands already) . If I knew it’s taken that long , I would fly to Vietnam myself.. it’s would cost cheaper.. I called , went to the local office, the only thing they said is at customs in JAMAICA, NY.. so unresponsible .. the postal service is a joke.. they give you a fault impression rightl from the beginning..EH006207771US.. please help..

I send a package on 02/13/2018 with tracking #UH010448632US to Costa Rica and is stack at JAMAICA NY distribution center since 02/19/2018 and nobody tell me and help me to recuperate this package or when they going to send this package to Costa Rica. that package has a very important therapy health that my sister need it and we still waiting .For how long more is going to take .....this is not show me a good international services. Please help me to fix this problem.

My package got to Jamaica international distribution center on February 26th 2017 from Russia. On the tracking info it says that it's in the transit to destination to Orlando FL. I haven't received the package as of today. I called USPS and they are clueless about it, no one knows nothing. Can some one tell me where or why the package got lost? This USPS Office need some massive change,i sent a package/document abroad since Dec 7 and up to tomorrow is still at their office,i tried to call and call with no response.. I am beyond upset,because the document i sent is an I-20 form that has a deadline date,the recipient already set for VISA appointmefo,but it doesn't look like it will get there on time,we are so frustrated we don't know what to do

You shouldn't give out tracking numbers. People could potentially use them to redirect your delivery, although there are security policies in place to prevent this. 
And btw, my package is stuck in here too ����

package has been stuck at your office for over a month. called and was hung up on. as i read reviews this is normal for your office. you guys should be shut down. i lost money as my buyer opened a case and PayPal gave them there money back for item not received. tracking LK006970238US. Something has to be done and i will not stop until its handled.....

My parcel is blocked to Jamaïca NY since February 26th, 2016. Later of numerous complaint by the sender the answer given is that they fell behind.
10 days it is of the delay, 3 months it is a shame a non compliance with the customer, the undelivered charged service. IT IS SCANDALOUS!!!

My local post office in Utah tracked my customs #LC999291120US to tell me where my package was last scanned. They said it was at the Jamaica, New York 11430 location on August 29 at 07:39. Could someone please tell me the status of my package? I mailed it 08/22/16 and its destination is Tirana, Albania.
