Have gone there many times for parts and service on bike would recommend great people

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! On Saturday July 23, 2011 I was on a charity run and broke down 5 miles from the dealership. I had the bike towed to their facility. (I have a custom bike with HD engine and trans.) There appeared to be 3 mechanics on duty, but the service person stated they were too busy to look at it and refused to do anything to help me get going again. They informed me it would be Tuesday before they could look at it and they would call me with what it would take to get the bike up and running. I was 80 miles from home and had to have someone drive up there to get me. Tuesday came and went without a call. I called them Wednesday to be informed it would be another 2 weeks before they would even look at it. This is the worst service I have ever received. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody!
