If you ever need any electric work done, no matter the size of the job, this is the guy to call. He can spot the problem immediately and fix it in record time. The first time I called him, it was because our dishwasher suddenly stopped working. While other people were charging me $75 just to come out - even when they couldn't diagnose, let alone FIX the problem, Ed hesitated to charge me anything at all when all he had to do was flip a switch on the wall that was hidden behind our paper towels. After that we called him to install some overhead lights in two bedrooms where the wall switches were wired to the outlets where we had clocks plugged in. He rewired all three bedrooms, installed two lights, changed one switch to a dual/dimmer/speed control switch for our overhead light/fan combo, and THEN repaired a damaged outlet in our backyard. All this in a couple of hours and for a ridiculously reasonable price. My husband and I were astonished. We had put off doing all this work for years because we thought it would be way too expensive and/or time-consuming. Today we had him back again because our brand new oven didn't work when we plugged it in. He rewired/configured the socket so everything is now properly grounded and the new appliance that was delivered last weekend is finally working. This guy is my hero. Super nice, super knowledgeable, super efficient. I'll never call anyone else.
