Above and beyond customer service! I ordered a small piece of home decor online. It was some parchment decorator books and vase. I ordered it out of the clearance section. So, needless to say - not their biggest spender. By chance, the floor team was pulling one of the items off the website at the same time I ordered it. I had selected to pick it up in the store which is about an hour away. They called AND emailed me immediately to apologize and refunded my money and gave me a small gift certificate. They were so worried I would drive an hour to the store and what I ordered wouldn't be there. Other companies would have never taken the time on such a small order. I’ve been back to the store several time. No matter what I am looking at big or small, dining room set or martini glasses they always treat me with respect and professionalism.

This place really gets it. Best shopping experience I have ever had. I purchased 3 rooms full of furniture and they made my home look like a magazine on a pretty tight budget. The store looks spectacular. Clean restrooms, all the catalogs and fabrics, great people. Highly recommended.

The sales people were some of the most rude I've encountered, and when I took my story to a friend who lives in the area, he said they have the worst reputation of any dealer in North Carolina. The customer service is legendarily unresponsive, and their sales people are only warm and helpful if you walk in telling them you're looking for an entire houseful of collections. Not to mention, the rumor mill around town is that they've dropped much of their workforce in this past year and may soon be folding. I'd never give a 25% deposit to a company that seems so close to bankruptcy. And besides that, I would never step foot in this behemoth again simply because of the attitude I received the first time. Beware.
