poor experience. pictures were not delivered as promised. response to first email was polite and apologized for delay and promised pics by the next week. they did not come. over the next month, 2 more emails went unanswered, as did phone calls. not even the courtesy of a reply, until i got quite rude about it, and that is when, a month late, they arrived at the school. i had requested and paid for them to be sent to my home, i will not order from them again
