I would not recommend this business to ANYONE!!! Horrible disregard for another person property. My son is a college student (from Oregon) at UJ. He took his car in for an oil leak. After having the car for over a week, the heater was no longer working. My son took the car back to the shop a week later to have them look at the heater. They had car for another week before fixing the hose clamp they had neglected to put back on from the initial repair. While they had the car on their premises, they admittedly forgotten to lock the car. When the car was finally done and my son picked up his car, someone had taken his $60 backpack, $250 Oakley sunglasses, $20 in change and coaches gear that were in the car. For all we know it could have been an employee or just random theft after business hours. They were very unapologetic and just said they were super busy during that time and had forgotten to lock his car!

INEXCUSABLE

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO MY WORST ENEMY! They have no regard for another persons property or time. They had our vehicle for over a week for just a minor hose clamp they failed to put back on after they had the car for a small heater issue initially. The initial repair took over a week as well. They didn't lock the car on the return service (they admitted to not locking it) and a $60 backpack, $250 Oakley sunglasses, $20 in change were taken from the car. Their explanation/excuse was they had so many cars that week they just forgot. DISHONEST!!
