Provided by YP.comDrove 5 hours total to look at a 5 year old truck that salesman said looked like new. To find out it was used as a snow plow and paint was severely faded and truck had rust. Salesman tried to push me into financing while detail tried to wash and buff truck. Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience buying a vehicle. Waste of time and gas for me. Be wary of their internet sales!

Provided by YP.comNothing like test driving a vehicle that "has been inspected by their mechanics" and being stranded in 15-20 below temperatures! Then after it being stalled for two days, in the shop for two days, then (stupidly) decided to give it another shot, with yet more problems! Needless to say we won't be back!

Provided by YP.comMy wife went to have Don Wilhelm's diagnose the check engine light (which literally takes under 2 minutes). Here's my problems with Wilhelm's.
1. Wife had to wait for an hour and a half to get a simple machine based diagnosis.
2. They performed a 44 point inspection that we never asked them to do.
3. After all of that we got a bill in the mail for $89!
We called them thinking that the bill might be for the unasked for 44-point inspection. But the service guy said that the $89 was just for the cost of the 2 minute diagnostic! I could have had my brother take his machine on there and do it for free and saved a lot of time to boot.
I will never go back to Don Wilhelm's unless I absolutely have to, and even then, I will think about it for a while.
Also, two separate family members have told me that Wilhelms replaced a belt for them WITHOUT asking them first! The first case was when my brother brought in his pickup to get the transmission changed (it was under warranty). In both cases, my dad and brother had them take the unasked for replaced belt off. Tens of thousands of miles later, my brothers belt still works just fine.
Don't do business with Don Wilhelm's, they can't be trusted.

Provided by YPmobileThe parts department was very prompt and friendly. I locked my key in the car and they had a new key cut and delivered in less than 15 minutes for a little cheaper than a locksmith to just unlock my car.
