I'd say watch out for this hotel, especially if you book through Expedia/Hotwire/Travelocity. They will screw you over when you arrive by not acknowledging any previously paid rates. The hotel rooms were nice but the front desk staff/management is beyond incompetent. Expedia/Hotwire and the like would be wise to EXCLUDE this hotel from their list of options for Jamestown NY.
