I was a patient there in 2006 I missed 2 appointments. One I forgot about and the other my boss at my first job would not let me leave for.( I was working 3 jobs) I spoke to the receptionist about my problem and she told me she would talk to the office Manager, and then she came back and said I was no longer eligible for services through them and I had to go to the Dunkirk office. I in turn, called them to set up an appointment and they told me they couldn't schedule me because If Jamestown has denied me further access they could not except me either. What a crock of crap this place is! I was on Medicaid and the only other place that would except my insurance was Dr Menoff's office and they started to ONLY pull teeth! I didn't and still don't want to be toothless! They need to understand that just because someone is on medicaid doesn't mean they don't work! They should be willing to work with people for things like that!
