We had a friend who had just got on oxygen and they told us about this company.Said they were great.At first they had this guy come out named Jim or Jeff ,super nice,set up our equipment,showed us how to use it.Then a lady named Sandra who was a Dr.with there company,she was also great,very nicetalked about things to help our aunt breath better.This was great for about 2 years ,the man {sorry I didn't pay more attention{[ Jim/or Jeff?}would come by check the machine ,clean it , fix it.Then I started to have problemswith them over the billing,then when my aunts tank ran out NOT TANKS BUT !1 TANK Iask for another THEY said NO! Called back to talk to the "NEW OFFICE MANAGER"She came off with the spill there cutting tanks back,we'll charge you or BUY a extra machine for ooo$3000.00 Told her we didn.n.t have the money she said sorry and LAUGHTED!!! "nothing I can DO" and hung up.I was MAD called our friend who had used them and they said that a new manager had taken over.And she was a b___H!!!Called them then to have machine serviced when low O2 light came on :"{AND STILL NO O2 TANK fro m 2 months befor}}said was n/ t time to come by to work on oit! ask for Jim//Jeff to help me because he had always before and they said they d fired him because he was to soft to the customers.Talked to my friend ,they as well as my aunt are going to Larco!! Cookeville office manager called said please come back they .d make it right that her boss was really giving her a HARD TIME} I hung up the phone on her.. Thank You
