My dog ASH has been groomed by you for the past few times. My husband was given terrible service and claimed he was wrong about the appointment I made over the phone and my husband was very upset when he got back home. You do a beautiful job and ASH was getting into a pile of dirt so I know he was a challenge. But to tell him he didn't have an appointment that early was wrong. I write everything down in my notebook and you made a point of telling me that you couldn't take ASH that Saturday was fine when you gave me an appointment for the next Saturday which was today Saturday September 25th. My husband told me he was treated like a criminal which is further from the truth. You even sent me a confirmation of his appointment.

Best groomer I have ever used. She is excellent with my dogs. I highly recommend Jill. See picture of my two dogs after being groomed.
