I was at 2500 York Rd- think this address is wrong. Thank you for all your help with my family! The treatment team is excellent and they each go above and beyond in helping their clients. I learned so much and am just a better friend, daughter and sister because I found Hope Springs. It breaks my heart when I see any negative reviews but I guess some people with mental health issues just are mean and blame others, which I did see in group. Some clients cannot take any responsibility! My counselors were educated, smart and patient. Anyone who needs some therapy and ready to work on themselves, go to Hope Springs, where they treat you with kindness and respect! Oh, and the doctors are great. I saw both at one point and they do everything in their power to get any medications right.. finally!

For the 1st time in several months, I'm out of horrible depressive thoughts. I'm so thankful my mom found this place. Everyone is so caring and smart and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I'm working on myself and Blair is awesome! Dr. Brecher got my meds right after years of trial and error. I have so many more happy moments and can deal now with the sad..

The first thing that caught my attention about Hope Springs Behavioral Health is that when I called right away someone answered. While in the process of searching for therapy I felt as though I talked more to voicemails than a human. I have to say I also felt as though the staff did an excellent job outlining the services they offer. I was shocked at how quickly I was able to see someone for an evaluation as various other facilities I called kept indicating that their waitlist was a month or longer. Since attending treatment there, I have been pleased. I find that the staff is welcoming and caring. In the past when in treatment at other places I felt as though I had to be the messenger of information between the doctors and therapist, however it is apparent the team works closely to collaborate care. My therapist even offered to sit in an appointment with the psychiatrist and I if necessary at any point. I will be honest when first beginning the program I was hesitant about the idea of groups; however, this has become one of my favorite aspects. If anything, I have come to learn I am not alone and having this support network to turn to has been beneficial. I think it is excellent that they offer various groups and times which this is helpful as I work a full-time job and need specific hours. Overall, if you are looking to seek therapy I would highly recommend Hope Springs Behavioral Health. I am fortunate to have found this place and can only hope this place/team can be a support as they were for me.

Licensed, years of experience and most importantly, helped my teenage daughter (and our family) after a significant event. These people are supportive but confrontational and don't just sit back with no advice! Love them!

Unprofessional. Only care about money. Slow. Difficult to work with. As someone else stated, the place is only useful if you enjoy the group therapy which I found I was unable to relate to and it was cramped as everyone who goes to this place is required to attend 2 group and 1 individual session each week. I only need approval for the disability and to return to work and had to have a doctor sign off on it. It was just really poor overall experience trying to get this accomplished and the individual Therapy is a joke.
I was told by them I had to keep going when my company and disability provider told me I no longer needed to because my disability and return to work were approved. Please choose another place.

This is the most upstanding, ethical, compassionate staff I have experienced in the last 30 years of struggling with depression and anxiety. I was recommended to Dr. K because my psychiatrist retired and when I was told that I had to try a different medication for anxiety because I was so dependent on xanax I freaked out, but was educated on why this needed to occur. I now am on a combination of daily non-addictive meds and feeling like me for the first time since I can remember! And yes, Dr. is eccentric, sits with legs crossed after walking on grass in summertime barefeet, but that does not make him a bad psychiatrist. The entire staff is literally my lifeboat!

Psychiatrist spends 10 minutes with patient before prescribing new medication with a coupon from the drug co. Doesn't order blood work though potentially deadly side effects. Little known about the drug as too new.Very unprofessional.Office only concerned with insurance. Few actual psychologists. Dr. K should not be licensed. Working now to undo the damage with a wonderful psychiatrist & psychologist elsewhere. Please do not go here unless it is just for a group.
