My husband and I love dunkin donuts. Unfortunately everytime we end up going to this dunkin donuts we always end up with our order screwed up. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to pour coffee into a cup and add a cream and sugar. The staff is rude. I ordered a iced mocha latte with no whip cream and the lady proceeded to ask me if I wanted whipped cream.... I replied no. She advised me that I needed to put it on there. I said I didn't want any whipped cream. She then rudely handed me my drink which in the end was an iced caramel latte. My husband ordered an iced coffee the very same day and he got an iced tea instead. My husband advised the clerk that he did indeed order an iced tea because it said so on the receipt. On a different occasion a manager was helping a clerk and the manager had to ask her what she's supposed to say when customers leave, she replied, "I don't know".

That was the last time we have been to that dunkin donuts.
