Stay far away from this dealer. Negotiated a deal with Jennifer Clapper, was assigned a sales rep and when I went to test drive the vehicle and put a down payment on it they told me that they sold the vehicle that I wanted to another dealer in Iowa. I talked with Jennifer about 18 hours before I was going to purchase the vehicle and it was still there at that point and time. The sales floor had no idea what was going on. In all of my new car purchases I have never been treated so poorly. Now my family appreciates the level of service that you receive in big market dealers.

Been dealing with Fagan for 16 years. Bought 5 different vehicles from them and every one was a fair deal and a great vehicle. The service department and body shop have always done nice work for me and they even wash my car when they're done working on it!

We love Fagan! We have bought several cars there throughout the years. The family has always been nice to ours!

Fagan Chev. was a horrible experience. I ordered a brand new vehicle and had nothing but problems with the vehicle AND their service. It was obviously under warranty but I had to fight w/them every time a problem had to be fixed. They always tried to tell me the problems could not be fixed and that it is a piece of machinery & that is "just the way it is." Well, you be the judge...would you be happy with a brand new vehicle that had the following problems in the first few months...squeaky brakes, rattles in the dash, a leak in the door (originally they told me it was the in the roof and it soaked my roof liner, seat & floor on several occasions), moulding coming off the roof (2x), a headlight cover that needed to be replaced due to moisture build up & all door panels had to be replaced because they had broken parts & rattled so loud I could not hold a conversation inside the vehicle w/o screaming.I am completely disgusted with their product and POOR service.
