We moved here from out of state and googled churches on line before walking in the door. The "service" we were able to hear on line was straight talk from the Bible conveyed in a kind, thought provoking, self-challenging manner to read more of the Bible and apply it to our lives. We have found the services the same and we've been attending 6 months. We're delighted there are no man made traditions and expectations imposed in order to feel like you're "doing the right thing for God to hear you" or "dressed in proper attire in order to go to church". Anyone is welcome and the pastors are genuinely interested in the individuals who walk in the door. The youth program has much to offer from toddlers to 12th grade. I have gone here for concerts before for Christian bands. They use to have a lot more bands coming in toplay at the church, but there is not so many now. I see from their sign they have Ginny Owens doing a Christmas concert. i generally listen to more edgy stuff than Ginny Owens, but I will check it out.

I attend Faith Community Church and I find it very good for families. I have 2 grade school kids and one infant and the 9:30 and 11:00am services on Sunday have very good staff for the programs for the kids. Our gradeschool kids like the Sunday programs and we bring them to the Wednesday night programs when we can. The lady who staffs the nursery is a certified daycare provider. That helps, because it is always hard to trust new people with your little infant especially. They also have a TV area where you can see the service in case i have to sit with our infant somewhere and feed him.



The services are pretty casual, which is nice. Our kids hate getting dressed up fancy. They can generally wear their school type clothes and fit in just fine.
