Been with Dr Gilmore for 20 years great place

every time my kids heard the word dentist they would start crying and begging me not to take them. I managed to trick my daughter into going and they were terrific with her. they would stop to explain what they were doing and show her how it works. she came out of there asking me when she could go again. They fit my son in for an emergency and he loved them to. they care about their patients and we cant wait to go back!

I have severe dental phobia. I went in for a cleaning (which went easier that I expected) just sure they were going tell me I need my wisdom teeth out and a mouthful of root canals. Turns out all I need are three little cavities filled. I'm not even worried about going back next week to have them done. Staff is super pleasant and the Doctor seems like a real nice fellow.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this dental office! Not only are the dental assistants incompetent and unprofessional, the actual "professionals" are incompetent. My husband and I went there for our yearly exams and were very disappointed with the treatment we received. After my not-so-thorough exam, I asked the hygienist what she thought. Responding that everything looked good and normal, I soon came to find out that I had 2 cavities, which according to her are normal and good? Then my husband had his cleaning with another hygienist who could not give him any information but a pamphlet on his maybe periodontal disease. The hygienist really didn't explain anything to him about the pre-condition he has and the dentist didn't go over anything with him!



As if that wasn't lesson enough for us, I recently have been having tooth pain and sensitivity on one tooth. I go back giving them the benefit of the doubt. The dentist can't explain why I would have this pain. The x rays don't show anything and he can't explain it! Are you kidding me! Completely horrible, horrible, professional care! Do not go to this place if you can help it, because they are all a bunch of misfit flunkies!
