I'm giving 1 start simply because they are a family owned business. I went here because of the great review given by most likely a family member. I needed a wheel bearing. A few days after getting the work done the noise returned but sporadically. Went to NTB for an oil change and was told I needed the same front wheel bearing. They claimed they saw nothing wrong with the wheel bearing and of course there was no sound during the test drive. The car was shaking on the highway on my way to Chicago where I took it to a trusting and caring mechanic. I didn't tell him about the work I already had done and he told me I needed the same wheel bearing. He fixed it. When I called Hornik to see about getting money back at heat for the part that was under warranty they decided not to honor their warranty. I'm more going through the Bureau of Consumer Protection to get at least some of my $300 back. Don't go here if you don't have to.

I called this company from the ad in the yellow pages and was I glad I did. I called for a tow and within a very short time the gentleman arrived and was very clean and put my nerves to rest he took my car and me to a local repair garage that I wanted to go. This company did a wonderful job and with a fair price.
