I dont usually write reviews, and I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is third time I've had such a terrible experience. Every time I show up for my oil change appointment, I have stood waiting to be acknowledged for at least 10 minutes as employees walked right by (1 woman even just held her finger up to me while she finished her lengthy conversation with another employee in the office area). In addition, all three times they spent almost 3 hours to do a simple oil change (one of those times I watched through the windows and saw no employee even touched my car in 45 minutes). Another time they told me not to book appointments online because their in-store computer doesn't recognize them, and that's why they weren't prepared. Other times they told me they were understaffed and had employees taking their lunches without telling anyone. So it is clear that this place is a joke of a business. I wouldn't waste your time here...

Awful costumer service. First time I was there they made me wait more than an hour but I decided to Give them a second chance. But after this I'm not coming back. They suck!!!

After a hubcap falling off or not being put on with a tire purchase, I fully expected an argument when I came in a few days later. Instead I received quick and polite service by manager Scott. I would have never gone again if not for his service but I am sold!

I was stuck in Janesville on Memorial Day Monday - nobody else open. They got me going again and were exceptional to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I recommend them highly.
