I have probably had the worst experience I have had in awhile from your two Panda Express locations in Janesville. We had a hard time ordering online and went to the other location in Janesville and the manager there said they would refund my money so I paid another $22 at her location. At that time, I waited 45 minutes for my food, got home, and she had forgotten part of my order. I have called numerous times to get my refund back and it is going on 9 days now. When I call, nobody at the mall location speaks english and they blow me off. I called the OTHER location where the manager screwed my second order up and she went on vacation to Mexico for three weeks. I have tried to contact upper management, the district manager named Julie, and she literally has blatantly blown me off not bothering to call me and has put her 17 year old employee Carlos, who hasn't even graduated from high school, in charge of this. I hope to find out who the owner is this is definitely NOT the correct way to run any kind of business and it is ridiculous it is being run that way. I would NEVER visit here again especially if you don't speak spanish.
