My wife purchased three pairs of shoes for herself and our kids. She went back to find a pair of dress boots for our daughter. My daughter walked around in our house with the boots and found out she didn't like the high heels. We tried to return them and the lady in charge was very short and rude saying they were worn and we could not return them. I told my wife that she was never to step foot in that store again. We left a message with the company and they never returned our call.

I've only been in the store one time and that was more than enough. The merchandise was ok but the service lacked everything. Two woman were working and two customers in the store. They sat and talked the entire time. Never asked if they could help with sizes. When I was leaving I asked for a busness card and manager info, she said they don't have business cards so I asked for manager info, said she was the manager and wondered what the problem was, when I told her she just stared and said "sorry". I will never go back and would not reccomend this store to anyone

Do not order shoes and have them shipped to your home!!!!



I never recieved them and they want to say I walked out of the store with them!!!smh....very very bad business I will never shop here again!!!! Needless to say I'm out $42.18.....
