I had to call for them to fix something for me and they had it fixed in time. I am happy to be able to live here.

Poor level of communication. I paid for the application process and I still don't know what happened. I had other applications go through from other rental properties. An absolute waste of $20. Take heed from these reviews. Do not go through RK Smith realty. It's a real shame.

Caring & accommodating. My experience with RK Smith Realty has been 100% positive. Maintenance needs are met promptly and the staff have always treated my wife & me with respect.

My family and I are searching for a rental property and they have several. They refused to let me set up a showing without a drive-by despite my insisting the outside was irrelevant in my decision and also that I didn't want to cart my baby out in the cold just to look at the outside. I called back a day later and asked to set up a showing for 4:30 on a Friday. A woman told me they were all filled for showings on Friday and actually "never do showings that late". This was in a voicemail. I called her back and again got her voicemail and told her I worked normal business hours Monday-Friday and asked she call me back if she would be more accommodating with show times during the week or anytime on the weekends. Yes, you work normal business hours too, but if you want your place rented (or sold), sometimes you have to meet outside those hours. Goodbye forever, RK Smith Realty...now I know to never to business with you.

No matter what you do avoid this place like the plaque!!!! My boyfriend and I are young responsible working professionals.....this place treated us like a piece of crap. I will never do any business through them again! (Too bad for them since both of us are looking for a nice home to buy). We had fixed things ourselves and paid rent on time if not early every month. Even my landlords in college were better and more respectful than these fools!!! Not to mention Jenni who answers the phone is very disrespectful, hanging up on my boyfriend and I. She is very abrupt and not professional. We have given 60 days notice, and they have been showing our duplex continuously. (only 28 days was required). This is only a couple of problems I have been having\u2026\u2026



Let that be a lesson to other....do not give more notice than you need to!!! And do not work with this company......
