Sunset tan has very poor customer service! Actually, the worst I've had anywhere. If you buy spray tans, you have to use them in 6 months otherwise you have to buy those back by pAying for another session. They forget to tell you that when purchasing. I am willing to pay more and waste all my free tans just to not be treated like an inconvenience for them. Also, in 2012, when the world ending rumor was happening, sunset tan sent out a poster joking about all of us dying so we better do it with a tan. My young children got that postcard out of the mailbox and cried because they were worried about dying. When I told the manager, she rolled her eyes and said, "it was supposed to be funny." Bad experiences times 10!
