I have gone there a number of times with and with out our kids and even though when they are busy and it takes a while it is always worth it I have really never had a problem there We are going there tonight as well.

Discrimination against children

Very disappointed in how we were treated on our very very last visit!!! When we arrived there were only 2 couples ahead of us. We were a party of 6 adults and 2 children, 1-8month old, and a 3 year old. We were told a 30 minute wait. 2 1/2 hours later we were still waiting. Hostesses only concerned with seating couples and parties of 3 or 4, no children. Managers were not funneling people through by arrival effectively. After 2 1/2 hours went to the Old County Buffet.

At Old County Buffet we were seated in 15 minutes. Food wasn't as good, but then the children did get to eat before 11:00PM.

I will never go to another Texas Roadhouse, with it's unethical behavior and discriminating polcies!!!!
