Billie, i ordered something from them Dec. 23, 2012, used one of their coupon things so my order was only $5, but still. i've sent numerous E-Mails, Phone calls (to no answer), and haven't received any notice on my package.



Now it says the company is "Under Construction" and will re-open Feb 1st 2013... IT'S Feb. 13th now!!!

Do not order from this company....specifically "The Buckle Runner". They owe me $50 of backordered product (that was supposedly shipped out september 14th, almost a month ago) . I call repeatedly, noone can give me answers, the people that are supposed to have the answers are never in and they don't return messages. Everytime I call, the customer service person is never in and neither is anyone in management...hmmmm.... This company has an "F" rating on the Better Business Bureau website. I wish I would have looked at it before ordering. I would give it zero stars but I didn't have the option.
