I just wanted to say that I've always loved Dollar General, And I'm happy that Jarrell finally has one, HOWEVER, with that being said, last night, on 7/25, I bought a gallon of 2% milk (Oak Farms) with an exp date of 8/4/2011. I got home and later that evening my husband poured himself a glass of milk, and as soon as he took one drink, immediatley went to the sink to spit it out. It had a sour smell and taste. So now I am having to drive back there this morning, to get my $4.30 plus tax back. And I am a little annoyed about it...I cannot say what happened...but maybe the milk was left out too long and spoiled before placing it in the refridgerated area. Who knows... I will continue to shop there of course, but I do not recommend purchasing milk there. Or ANY cold items for that matter.
