My Brother, his family and myself went to the above listed Burger King listed above on July 10, 2008. This is one of our favorite places to eat out, or it was until yesterday. We had placed our order and my brother had ordered the double whopper with cheese with no tomato and not ketchup. When he received his food there was no cheese on his burger. So we took it back to the counter and they just added one piece of cheese to the burger and gave it back to him. So I went and asked for the District managers number to call and make a complaint against the store and the manager. The manager said there was no number that I had to call the survey and fill it out. I happen to know that there are numbers for the General and district managers at every fast food place for complaints just for such matters. I also informed him that is was a health code violation to resend food back out to the customer once it had been sent out to the customer and returned because of cross contamination. He said they do it all of the time. Now his name is Ron, the ticket number is 312, I will not eat there again and neither will my brother and his family. It make me wonder if I even want to eat at any of the locations at the area were I live which is in Birmingham, Alabama. I do plan on call the health department and filling a compliant about this store. It all could have been handle with a simple phone call to one of the district managers or even the general managers, but he wanted to be rude and get smart with me. Burger King in my opinion has the best burgers and oinion rings than any other fast food place, with Rally's running a close second, and I think I'll give Rally's my business as long as Burger King is ran this way.
