These people do not know the 1st thing about customer service. I really don't know anything about their service because I requested my drill be returned untouched. Reggie is a smart A-- to the bone. When I spoke to the owner, the 1st thing he said to me was "I don't know what your problem is" really??? Reggie was very sarcastic and talked "down" to me like I was stupid. He basically accused me of lying when I told him what the staff said to me when I dropped off the drill. Had the employee said 10 days I would not have left my drill. There is for sure bad attitude at the company. They are not up-front with you until they have your equipment then tell you the hard facts, like if you don't want it fixed due to cost, it is sent back completely taken apart....they don't even put it back like they received it unless you want to pay for it to be reassembled. The only thing I was told when I dropped it off was that it would be sent out for repair and it may be ready that afternoon or the next day. I never heard maybe 10 days or longer until Reggie barked that at me. I will never use this company again and unless you're into verbal abuse, you should re-think using this company too.
