I was very disappointed with the outcome of my hair. I have been going here for several years and have always been pleased with the results. I went in to have my hair cut and colored. I asked for shoulder length with layers. I had no layers put in my hair my hair was gapped and hair that was 1 to 2 inches longer in the back. I had color done and it is already gone. This was just from this past Saturday. I spent 3 1/2 hours in the salon. To say I'm upset is the least. I went to another salon to have my hair fixed. This stylist couldn't figure out why they would have someone cutting and coloring hair when clearly they do not know what they are doing.

I was told there would be a one hr wait. I gave the stylist my number so I could go shop. I didn't receive a call, then when I went back an hour later, she'd shut down for the night. she completely ignored me although I seen her look at us. the prior haircuts/dyes I received there for the past few years had beeb overpriced and not what I paid for either . definately not going back. this place hasn't had a good stylist since 09.
