I would like to encourage anyone searching for a new home to check with Award Mobile Homes and see their selection. I have ordered two homes from them. Highly recommended!!!

The entire process of buying our home from Award Mobile Homes went very smoothly. Bryan Maloney and the ENTIRE staff were friendly and easy to work with.
My husband and I would recommend Award Mobile Homes to anyone wanting a great home at a great price. And the customer service was over the top!!

My Ex and I bought a home from AWARD MOBILE HOMES in 1999 and saved about $15,000 we were very pleased with the service we received from the staff at Award Homes they were very friendly and polite and I got everything Bryan included in the purchase of my new home which was: Free Delivery and set up, Tie downs, A/C, and Vinyl Skirting. When the time comes to buy another home I will definitely be buying from AWARD MOBILE HOMES

I bought my first home from award mobile homes in 2000 after shopping around and saved $20,000 which to my family is a big deal.we we have a lot more money we can spend on other things.in knowing that I saved money I was very happy with plus I am happy with the home and service that award mobile homes gave us.the people treated my family very well before the sell and after the sell.I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to go check out award mobile homes.

Publicized hours are 9-6 M-Sat. We drove from Dallas to check out their mobile homes and arrived there at 11:00 and they were closed! We went back to Jasper for lunch and came back at 1:00. Still closed. Another customer from Blairsville arrived before my wife and I. They went back home as thoroughly disgusted as we were. It wouldn't have been so bad if they had had the courtesy to write a note. Totally unprofessional. Never again! 0 stars!!!!!

I would never go there again. The guy was a total jerk very rude and looked unhappy and miserable! He refused to show us the mobilehomes that we wanted to look at , but only the two mobilhomes that he wanted to sell us. When I asked to look at the other once he told us to leave and said that we were wasting his time. And we even told him that we were going to pay with cash money. He does not need to be a sales person in fact he doesn't even deserve to flip hamburgers at McDonald because even that requires a certain amount of friendliness
