The office staff and others working there are very friendly and helpful. However, I was very disappointed after seeing Dr. John Schnars. I felt that he was very rude (so did my friend who accompanied me) when I asked him questions about the treatment he suggested. I was made to feel that I just hadn't been listening. I also felt that my problem wasn't that important to him.
