Provided by YP.comNot to go there. High turn over in employees and the prices for the various services are way to high for what they offer and the location.
When a bad job is done on your nails never once have they offered to fix the problem free of charge. A case of very very poor customer service and bad attitude.
I cannot recommend anyone to this place.

Provided by YP.comThe police showed up and I mean 2 cop cars. My hour visit the salon was now getting a lot longer. The police questioned us separately. The officer somewhat understood my situation and at this point I was in tears. Here I was with my five year old daughter ( she was confused and thought the police were going to take us away) and all of this disaster. The police officer ask is there anyone I could call to pay the bill, I was like WHAT . I mean I understood I should have paid attention to the date but really a 6 month expiration date come on that’s ridiculous not to mention it was only 22 day out of date. How many people have Kim and Ken taken advantage of!!!!!! This is not the end, my mother had to come up to the nail salon (leave work) and my mother use to use Kim when she was at a different salon. As my mother and I walk into the salon the officer is explaining to them that maybe they as an establishment should also pay better attention to the dates. Kim was trying to tell the officer that I looked at the price sheet and they were not aware of my gift cert. 1# She was not even there and I had to inform her that yes I did look at the price sheet to see how much they charge for a little girl’s pedicure and then I informed the tech that I had a gift cert and laid it down on the front counter. I also said that your husband said the techs should have seen the date and not performed the services. Like I said my mother arrived at this point we are in the salon and trying to resolve this. Kim recognizes my mother and then her whole demeanor changes. Kim says well I know her mother so we will honor the expired cert. I am still wondering who got the $7.00, the pedicures were $43.00 and the gift cert was for $50.00 I tipped each tech $5.00 a piece from the money I brought extra and I had a total of $15.00 on me. Because of the big person that I am I still tipped each tech ( I could tell were as mortified as myself) they have to make a living too. I feel sorry that they have to work for Kim and Ken. So, I guess since she knew my mother and my mother had used her in the past it was okay ( so does that mean some for poor sole she doesn’t know they would had to pay?) I would strongly advise visiting this salon.

Provided by YP.comThis is to inform anyone who visits this nail salon of the bad treatment they may experience.. I received a $50 dollar gift certificate for Christmas and decided to take my 5 year old daughter and myself for a relaxing and joyful experience getting pedicures at Kim and Kens. Well, let me tell you it was anything other than relaxing. It started off great as I walked in the door I asked about price for a pedicure for my daughter and I informed the techs that I had a gift cert and would like to use it. My daughter’s toe nail were done and mine were finished, as I sat letting my nails dry the nail tech came up to me and told me my certificate was expired and I would have to pay for the services. Then the owner Ken walked over and tried to inform that I would have to pay the bill all the while he was getting instructions from his wife on his Bluetooth how to handle the situations. He also said the tech should have caught the date and not performed the services. At this point I agreed and said I was not aware of the date (who would of thought it only lasted 6 months)and did not look at the date on the gift cert. ( I was not trying to scam them and I had been there several months prior with a different gift cert) was there any way to waive the expiration this time? Well Ken then gave me his blue tooth to talk to his wife which I could not understand literally what she was trying to tell me because of the language barrier. The only thing that I understood was you are going to have to pay and she would not honor the cert. As you can tell this was not getting pleasant, I told her husband the only cash on me was for the tip. He asked if I could get the money from someone, I said no my husband was fishing and would not be in till late. Well, needless to say I said this being dramatic, I could leave you my drivers license and get money from my mother. Then I said I would be pulled over by the police and get a ticket for not having my license. This experience was not the enjoyable and relaxing day that I had planned for my daughter This was not going to be resolved by Ken and myself and the language barrier, so I decided to call the non emergency police number to resolve this. During this time I decided it would be best if I waited outside so the rest of their clientele would not have to experience this ugly situation. While outside Ken's wife drives up, she at home . She said lets go in the store out of the heat and I said no I have already been humiliated enough. I tell I have never been treated this bad. WOW. continued
