We hired Jasen Smith for $5000 in March 2015 to handle my husbands criminal case. While we where discussing the possibilities of the outcome of the case before we paid him he would return phone calls but after we paid him we couldn't get a call back to save our lives. He did not even pull the discovery until months after we hired him, we ended up hiring a different attorney for $1000 and within 1 day, YES ONE DAY she got the charges I was facing thrown out and got my husband a meeting with the DA to discuss pleas. If u do decide to hire jasen or you are seeing this after the fact ... Record your conversations with him and get everything in writing. Seriously save your self tons of money and go to any other lawyer.
