After the 5th time, my car has been covered in grass and mud, rocks from their lawnmower chipped off the pain of my 2016 Mustang. I've have complained multiple times and are unable to resolve the issue of having my car repeatedly covered in grass and mud. Not only were the workers rude to me when I asked them to stop blowing grass on my car, but the owner was extremely rude to me as well. He began to yell at me over the phone and then hung up on me. Which is no way to conduct business! I'm very disappointed in the horrible customer services and rudeness of the owner!

Well I have never been treated more unprofessionally then I have with the owner of this ridiculous company. I am not one to leave bad reviews but I called with a complaint and the owner of this company jumped down my throat as if I was a nobody screaming at me on the phone when I had a very legitimate complaint and his only excuse is well we have a job to do. Think very hard Think very hard about working with this company if you want to be treated with respect. Because you won't be with this company. working with this company if you want to be treated with respect. Because you won't be with this company.
